Candida Gonzalez-Martinez, age 88 of Pennsauken, passed away at her home on May 30, 2022.

Devoted mother of Carmen Ramos, Maria Oliveras, Maria Perez, Brunilda Mustelli and Carlos Martinez, Jr.; Loving grandmother of Aida, Feliberto Jr., David, Eddie Jr., Sandra, Nelson Jr., Lillian, Candida, Carlos, Jazmin, Daniel, Christina and Nicholas, great grandmother of Nathalie, Olivia, Rebecca, Christopher, Isaiah, Angelica, Ashley, Thalia, Christopher, Priscilla, Alyssa, Elijah, Stephen and Abigail and great great grandmother of Nalani, Alaia, Valerie, Elijah, Leonardo, Miley Rose, Dionniy and Novah; dear sister of Lydia Nunez, Ramon Martinez, Felix Martinez, Blanca Diaz and Dolores Martinez

Mrs. Gonzalez-Martinez was owner and operator of La Esquinita Grocery in Camden and was a member of the Curcillo de Fatima, Dama de la Virgen Perpetuo Soccoro and STARS Adult Day Care. She loved to sing, prayed to the Sacred Heart daily, and was the Queen of Dominoes.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday from 7 to 9 PM and Saturday from 9 to 10 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Stephen, 6300 Browning Road in Pennsauken. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.
