Evelyn was an amazingly strong woman, who worked hard to provide for her children. In my first year of meeting her with her son, she would say to me, every visit, "Mary are you working? Do you have work today?" and I remember thinking, "Man, I hope she thinks I am appropriate for her son." My condolences to her immediate family members. May she rest in peace now, with no more pain.
